Jeff is the Founder and Managing Director of Junto Advisors, a strategic consulting firm helping leaders and organizations perform at their best. With more than 20 years of experience across higher education, HR, and executive leadership, Jeff brings a rare combination of academic rigor and real-world results to every engagement.
A dual-credentialed HR executive (SPHR, SHRM-SCP), Certified Master of Career Services, and ICF-trained Executive Coach, Jeff has advised presidents, CEOs, and executive directors across industries; designing the strategies, structures, and teams that drive meaningful growth. At Junto Advisors, he specializes in executive coaching, executive recruiting, and strategy and planning for organizations navigating change, transition, or ambitious next chapters.
Jeff is also a lecturer at California State University, Chico and associate faculty at Butte College, where he teaches leadership, management, and business education.
Why Junto?
In 1727, Benjamin Franklin founded The Junto (aka The Leather Apron Club) in Philadelphia. Its purpose was to debate “questions of morals, politics and natural philosophy” and exchange knowledge and experience of business. They believed true wisdom and improvement came from the free exchange of experience and knowledge pursued “without fondness for dispute or desire of victory.”
