Jeff is the Founder and Managing Director of Junto Advisors, where he advises boards, executive teams, and family enterprises through periods of transition, growth, and leadership change. His work centers on governance, succession, strategy, and the executive decisions that shape an organization's future.

Today, Jeff's work falls into three areas. He facilitates strategy and planning for organizations entering a new chapter, leads strategic hiring processes for critical leadership roles, and coaches executives through the opportunities and challenges that come with those responsibilities.

Over the past two decades, Jeff has advised organizations across higher education, healthcare, food and agriculture, manufacturing, financial services, nonprofit organizations, and professional services. His background spans executive search, human resources, organizational consulting, and leadership development. He holds the SPHR and SHRM-SCP designations and a graduate degree in Organizational Leadership.

Jeff also serves as a lecturer at California State University, Chico, and as associate faculty at Butte College, where he teaches leadership, management, and business.

Jeff and his wife have four kids and live in Chico, where they are grateful to be part of a community they care deeply about.
