Jeff is the Founder and Managing Director of Junto Advisors, where he works with boards, C-suite leaders, and family enterprises. Most of his work is focused on governance, succession, and strategy, along with the executive hires and transitions that come with them.

Jeff tends to look at the whole situation before reaching for a plan, since a leader and the structure around them usually move together.

His work comes in three forms. Strategy and planning for organizations facing change or a new chapter. Executive search when a seat needs the right person. And one-to-one work with leaders, held in confidence, which is executive coaching in the disciplined sense with an ICF training behind it.

Twenty years sit under this, across higher education, corporate HR, executive search, and consulting. Jeff holds the SPHR and SHRM-SCP and an M.A. in Organizational Leadership.

Jeff also teaches, as a lecturer at California State University, Chico and associate faculty at Butte College, in leadership, management, and business.

Jeff lives in Chico with his wife and four kids.
